Orientation : “Welcome to the Family”

The reference of "Family" being made by academicians is to nurture an ecosystem of caring, love and nurture, which is an essential ingredient for an Optimal Learning environment. But in present century the University Systems, have been based on "Business Model of Education" in support of Industries. Such a system is nothing but an extension of those Industries.

Upon exploring further, one will be able to see these "Structures", which have "Faculty" buried in them, as the Grass-root workers with a Pay scale 7 - 8 times lower than the Administrative Head. Respect for them even lower, and Power or Authority almost "Nil". Faculties of such Institutions are nothing but Beehive workers, who are often "Institutionalized" into the large systems, that they fail to see that they are nothing but a "Happy Slave". The choice of the term "Happy Slave" comes from one of the faculty who taught us "Structures Influence Behavior", who themselves were astonished to hear, when I pointed out to them, that we all are to some extent "Happily" serving the "Wall-street" by choosing to be part of this Academic Pyramid Scheme, and all he could say is, "I had never thought of it that ways before!!"

Well my advice to all those "Institutionalized" victims to understand how Johns Hopkins Administration have created a Pages and Pages mentioning "Code of Conduct", but only One Page dedicated to "President Gillman", who was the visionary behind the Creative Direction behind this Pyramid construction project, which today is nothing but a symbol of "Greedy Capitalism", through which it has amassed "Global Wealth" with reminiscent of Colonial Times still embedded in its structures.
