Cultivating good habit of reading Books, often starts when children are young. Also it depends on the Social Environment in which children are raised. Also not to mention the kind or categories of Books a child begins reading and developing taste for may depend on Parents Reading pattern as well as nurturing happening at home, outside and circumstances.
America has a very interesting literary culture, though Publishing Houses are greedy businesses, who often abuse Copy Rights system of Government to protect corporate Interest over Intellectual growth of Society. Though how much ever at heart I wish to deny that the intellectized domination has not been intentional, but to a large extent I feel it somehow is, an understanding sometimes stemming from "Humans Brightness".

Welfare System Designed during the Civil Rights Movements may have pacified the uprisings, but it coded many discriminations on the outside and in the open space, to closed circles and inside codes of Society governed by Political Hierarchy and managed by Intellectual Hierarchy.
Though issue of broken family of poor, has concerned me as "Children" born in such settings are very early on in their lives are enslaved, by crushing realities of normalized incarceration, all done in the name of Governmental Justice, but poor on accounts of Social Justice.
