Grand Rounds
An American Academicians Style

Indeed American Academia, has a style. For in former times, when idea of America was taking shape, many of its ideologies came from the Old world, despite that they called themselves to be a New world. American Academia, over past 150 years have indeed made huge strides, and it was through these Institutions, Industrialized America's growth was being fueled. Today they have become just another Corporation, which is in the business of Education. Which is nothing but a global phenomenon of Greed, and Pyramid schemes.

The practice of "Grand Rounds" is performed, to help share knowledge amongst the peer. This phenomenon is often lacking or non existent in Indian Academia, which makes me wonder are the Faculties in India physically lazy or simply put intellectually corrupt. This is a question, that desperately needs answers, if India wishes to inspire its youth, to address the socio-economico-environmental challenges, India faces.
